ILEA Cowboy Carter Membership Drive

Of all the aesthetics Beyoncé has personified over the years, Cowboy Carter has definitely landed the loudest for the Austin Area. The vibes of Queen Bey were felt throughout the 2024 ILEA Austin Membership Drive brought to life by our planner, Stella. 

Upon arrival, guests were serenaded with soulful music from Dre Acoustic and a welcome furniture vignette from Roam Event Rentals.

As they entered Assembly Hall, our host venue, they were able to get some delicious themed drinks from Texas Tiki Time, which has Western Bar Sets ups in addition to their tropical ones. The GLOWBs and their Disco-Cowboy-aesthetic rentals were the perfect addition to the space, along with Texas Poker Culture, who provided poker tables that evening (because this is Texas...this is Hold 'em).

Thank you to Book with EVA for sponsoring Plush Party Band that evening, they kept the vibes high and never brought them down! 

If the attendees still didn't have enough to do, they were also able to get custom favors from Groove Labs with their on site Leather Branding.

Food, appropriately enough for a Cowboy Carter Event, came from PEJ Catering with their mouthwatering BBQ served on eye catching rentals from Monarch Event Rentals. 

More elevated Texas furniture filled the room inside along with pops of beautiful floral from Austin Blooms and Axe Throwing from Game Plan Entertainment. The room was lit beautifully by Austin Event Lighting.

After finishing the finger-lickin' good BBQ from PEJ, guests were able to have their choice of desserts from both both Michelle's Patisserie (who provided peach cobbler shooters, bread pudding shooters, sea salt caramel pecan pie bars, honey whiskey cupcakes, lemon lover’s cupcakes, cake balls, brownie bites and cookies) but also an Austin Institution: Tiny Pies, who provided their own assortment pecan pie and other dreamy creations.

Even though attendees were so full after all the amazing, food, they were still able to join in and two step with a surprise Flash Mob performance from Let's Have a Ball.

Extragrams: Kerry Lynn and her stunning Queens were able to model their brand-new Cowboy Carter attire for the first time that night.
