Overhaul brought 115 leaders in supply chain security together for a full day of big ideas at Assembly Hall in East Austin, and the goal was simple: create a space where every detail felt handled so the conversation could take center stage. Kristi DePew of Eclipse Event Co. led the planning and execution of the summit, transforming Assembly Hall into a polished, welcoming conference home from the first arrival to the final session.

Guests were greeted at the door by Next-Level Valet, making arrivals completely effortless before stepping inside a room dressed in deep forest green. Premiere Events set the stage and guest rounds, while Moontower Rentals gave the stage its personality with custom-colored pillars and lounge seating that made it feel inviting rather than formal. Nomad Sound wrapped the room in warm uplighting and kept every speaker sounding crisp across a packed lineup.

Before the first session kicked off, Creature Coffee quickly became the guest favorite of the morning, serving made-to-order drinks topped with the Overhaul logo printed right into the latte art. The Peached Tortilla kept everyone fueled from breakfast through a buffet lunch, with a menu that balanced Southern comfort and bright Asian-inspired flavors and thoughtful options for every dietary need in the room.

The day moved through sessions on AI, cargo theft, IoT strategy and managing cargo risk, closing with peer-led round tables and a product roadmap conversation where guests had a direct voice with the Overhaul team. When the summit wrapped, the night was just getting started. Around Austin, loaded guests onto premium motorcoaches, carrying some to Q2 Stadium and others to IYKYK at Inn Cahoots, before bringing the stadium crowd back to their hotel at the end of the night.
