Poppi isn’t just a better-for-you soda—it’s a full-blown movement. Bright cans, bold flavors, and a gut-healthy twist have turned this Austin-born brand into a category disruptor with a cult following and skyrocketing growth. And with that kind of momentum, bringing the whole team together for their national employee meeting couldn’t just be a standard corporate offsite. It had to feel like Poppi: vibrant, thoughtful, loud in the best way—and completely unforgettable.

To welcome employees flying in from across the country, Poppi threw a party that was less “corporate mixer” and more “Poppi-palooza.” Hosted at The Line Hotel in downtown Austin, the night kicked off the company’s three-day national meeting with a full venue transformation, built by a top-tier vendor team and led by Lauren from Eclipse Event Co.

The experience started at the street. Before guests even walked inside, they were greeted by a Poppi-branded staircase, wrapped by Shorty’s Wraps in a custom vinyl treatment that made it impossible not to stop for a photo. Inside, the Sunset Room was already buzzing with final setup. Windows and the bar front were being covered in more Poppi-branded vinyl by SpeedPro, turning the venue into a living, breathing version of the brand.

By the time employees began checking in, the space had fully transformed. A fleet of wine glasses, flutes, and cocktail tumblers had been set by Bright Event Rentals, who also supplied the key linens and tables that would shape the room—from the headshot bar to the hat station. The Lounge Booth team had started snapping the early arrivals, capturing every sparkle, laugh, and welcome hug. Overhead, Inspire worked with Palladium Production Services and Groove Labs to complete the final AV checks, dialing in the lighting and sound that would take the night from welcome party to headline concert.

The visuals alone told you this wasn’t an ordinary event. The Glowbs delivered a fully customized layer of Poppi magic, from towering disco cacti and shimmering mirror guitars to a massive disco boot and a literal disco horse. Two custom coolers, also mirrored to shine under the lights, were stocked with chilled Poppi cans and staged as both decor and self-serve refreshment.

And then—tucked in by the bathrooms—a moment of genius. A glowing neon sign in signature Poppi pink, shouting please don’t drink Coke in the bathroom. It was a detail only Poppi would think of: bold, cheeky, and completely on-brand. It instantly became a favorite photo spot, catching guests off-guard and cracking them up.

The DJ booth was set. The lights were warming up. And the team rolled in with energy. Right away, the Sparks Agency’s hat station became the center of gravity—guests lining up to design their own Western-style hats with charms, trims, and custom flair. Luxe Photo Booth had its sparkling silver backdrop open and ready nearby, while upstairs, The Headshot Bar gave team members a more polished place to capture new portraits for the week ahead.

Creature Coffee rolled in with their mobile bar setup, serving craft coffee drinks to guests exploring the space. Just Scoops joined the party with an ice cream cart loaded with Texas-inspired flavors like Apple Butter Crisp and Hill Country Honey, and the line never let up. As the room filled and the music picked up, DJ Kenn Host & Entertainment brought the energy, reading the room and building momentum toward the night’s biggest moment.

When the Randy Rogers Band took the stage, everything clicked. LOOT’s blush stage seating created the perfect layout to lean into the show, and within moments, the Sunset Room became a private concert venue. The sound was crisp, the crowd was locked in, and for the next hour, it didn’t feel like a company event at all—it felt like a celebration years in the making.

For Poppi, this wasn’t just a party. It was a signal. A way to show their team—many meeting in person for the first time—that they’re building something big, and they’re doing it together. Every detail reflected the same Poppi values that built the brand itself: bold vision, obsessive detail, and real joy.

And it was only Day One ;)
