BCG’s End of Year Party at Assembly Hall was designed as a fully immersive Old Hollywood experience, inspired by red carpets, velvet draping, paparazzi moments, and cinematic glamour. From the initial production phase through the final dance floor moments, the event was thoughtfully planned and executed by Art with Eclipse Event Co., with full event documentation captured by Max Photography to preserve every design detail, activation, and guest experience throughout the evening.

The space was transformed into a dramatic and moody environment that aligned seamlessly with the Hollywood-inspired vision. Austin Event Lighting established the foundation of the atmosphere by installing layered lighting and AV that highlighted the stage, bar, and guest areas, creating depth and a rich, cinematic glow across the entire space.

As production progressed, Stems Floral styled the entry, cocktail tables, lounges, bar, stage, and dinner tables with a balance of floral-focused and candle-focused arrangements. The intentional layering of florals and candlelight added warmth and elegance while reinforcing the timeless glamour reflected in the Old Hollywood mood board.

To elevate the visual design, Unique Design & Events installed cranberry velvet draping beneath the bar and as a custom backdrop surrounding the stage. The velvet textures mimicked classic theatre curtains, instantly giving the room a luxurious and theatrical presence that felt true to the theme.

Premiere Events provided the core rentals that structured the layout of the main hall and dining areas, ensuring a seamless guest flow throughout Assembly Hall. In addition to structuring the space, Premiere also designed a custom Hollywood Walk of Fame–inspired dance floor, transforming the centerpiece of the room into an immersive, red-carpet moment. Complementing the layout, Loot Rentals curated lounge groupings that introduced a vintage, upscale lounge aesthetic reminiscent of classic Hollywood after-parties, offering both comfort and visual cohesion within the design.

Upon guest arrival, Groove Labs immediately set the tone with live paparazzi actors, creating a red-carpet-style entrance that aligned perfectly with the Old Hollywood concept. This immersive theatrical element made guests feel like they were stepping into a premiere experience rather than a traditional corporate event.

Guest experience activations were thoughtfully integrated throughout the space, beginning with Selfie Booth Co., who installed the photo booth in the Waller Room to provide an interactive and shareable moment for attendees. Max Photography moved throughout the event capturing arrivals, candid interactions, awards, and detailed design elements, ensuring the full story of the evening was visually documented.

Entertainment and event flow were led by Premier Entertainment, with DJ Saint Spicer guiding music, announcements, speeches, and transitions throughout the evening. Their pacing ensured a seamless progression between key moments while maintaining an energetic and polished atmosphere on the dance floor.

Adding a bespoke and luxurious activation, Vogue Vignette provided live fashion-style sketch artistry, creating custom guest portraits that doubled as a memorable keepsake and an on-theme nod to classic Hollywood glamour.

From the dramatic lighting and velvet draping to the paparazzi entrance, curated lounges, live sketches, interactive photo booth, elevated catering, and seamless entertainment, every vendor collaborated under the planning and design direction of Art from Eclipse Event Co. to bring BCG’s Old Hollywood vision to life. The result was a glamorous, immersive end-of-year celebration that felt intentional, cinematic, and unforgettable — a true “Into the Party” experience worthy of the silver screen.
