Bloom Has Officially Entered the Austin Chat

Bloom officially opened its Austin headquarters with a grand opening celebration that felt equal parts intentional, elevated, and effortless. Designed and produced by Lauren with Eclipse Event Co., the event welcomed over 120 guests into Bloom’s East Austin space for an evening that highlighted the brand’s energy, community, and vision for what’s next.



Building the Experience

The day began with behind-the-scenes coordination that allowed the event to unfold seamlessly. Move Team Texas handled on-site moving and signage logistics, while rentals from Party at the Moontower established the foundation of the space with clean-lined bars, display shelving, and cocktail tables. Glassware provided by Table Manners elevated the bar experience, while alcohol was sourced through Specs, ensuring a smooth and professional beverage program from start to finish. Throughout the event, Phillips Protective provided security services, allowing guests and vendors to move freely and comfortably through the space.

A Floral-Forward Welcome

Design took center stage thanks to Jordan Flowers and Events, who transformed Bloom HQ into an immersive floral environment. Guests were greeted by a flower-framed entry sign, followed by large-scale installations featuring lavender tones, greenery, and organic textures.

Inside, florals were layered throughout the venue — from statement arrangements near the Bloom logo to ground installations, cocktail table accents, and bud vases placed intentionally across the space. The result was cohesive, fresh, and visually impactful without overwhelming the venue’s natural architecture.


Cocktails with Personality

The bar experience, led by Elevate Bartending, featured a custom cocktail menu inspired by Bloom’s brand and products. Signature drinks balanced playful nostalgia with clean presentation, giving guests something memorable in every glass.

The bartending team worked seamlessly with the catering flow, keeping service efficient while maintaining a polished guest experience.


Style, Sound & Interaction

Guests were invited to personalize their experience at the custom hat bar by West Hill Hat Collection, an interactive activation that quickly became a focal point of the event. The activation added texture, movement, and a takeaway guests could wear home.

Music throughout the evening was curated by Riella Music, setting the tone without overpowering conversation. The sound design carried the event from arrival through the evening with ease. Guests also captured memories at the photo booth experience provided by Homestead Photo Booth Co., adding another interactive layer to the celebration.


A Menu That Delivered

Culinary execution by NOVA Hospitality anchored the guest experience. Passed appetizers circulated throughout the space, followed by thoughtfully designed food stations featuring elevated tacos and a fresh vegan Caesar option.

The menu balanced flavor, presentation, and accessibility, allowing guests to enjoy the food without interrupting the natural flow of the event.


A Sweet Finish

Outside, Gati Ice Cream served handcrafted flavors from their ice cream truck, creating a high-impact moment that guests gravitated toward throughout the evening. The ice cream offering added a playful, unexpected element that perfectly complemented the rest of the experience.


A Moment of Reflection

During the evening, the Bloom founders shared remarks with guests, offering gratitude and insight into the brand’s journey and future. The moment grounded the celebration and reinforced the purpose behind the gathering.

Bloom’s Grand Opening came together through collaboration, precision, and a shared commitment to quality. Every vendor played a role in creating an event that felt cohesive, welcoming, and fun!
