Visa's Game Day Celebration

On May 21, 2025, Lauren with Eclipse Event Co. teamed up with Visa to turn their Austin campus into a full-on game day experience for more than 1,000 guests. The goal was simple: get people out of their desks, into the action, and genuinely having fun—and the afternoon delivered on all fronts.
Eclipse Event Co. handled planning, logistics, and on-site coordination, keeping the event running seamlessly from load-in to breakdown while activating multiple indoor and outdoor spaces at once. The layout encouraged guests to roam, play, snack, and reconnect at their own pace.
Entertainment was brought to life by Game Plan Entertainment, who filled the campus with a mix of classic carnival games, oversized lawn favorites, and nostalgic arcade stations. Outside, guests jumped into cornhole, giant beer pong, football tosses, ring toss games, balloon pops, and more. Inside, arcade favorites like Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, skee ball, and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade kept the energy high and the competition friendly.
Root Cellar Catering kept things easy, approachable, and crowd-friendly with game-day bites placed throughout the space. Guests grabbed bagged popcorn in truffled parmesan or spicy chocolate flavors and snacked on soft pretzel bites while moving between games—no lines, no fuss, just good food and good flow.
Live music by Latin Dukes set the tone with an upbeat soundtrack that tied the entire experience together, adding to the lively, outdoor festival feel. Meanwhile, Oh Happy Day Photo Booth gave guests a chance to capture the fun with playful photo moments and branded keepsakes to take home.
Visa Game Day was proof that when thoughtful planning meets the right vendor team, corporate events can feel relaxed, energetic, and genuinely memorable—exactly the kind of afternoon that brings people together and keeps them talking long after the last game wraps up.
