Ella’s Bat Mitzvah wasn’t just a party—it was a full-on, high-energy celebration packed with color, creativity, and pure joy. Hosted at the iconic Hotel Ella, the event was brought to life by Stacy from Eclipse Event Co., who took Ella’s love for pink and softball and transformed it into a show-stopping theme: Ella’s Dugout. From custom touches to full-scale entertainment, the whole day was a celebration of personality, fun, and flawless vendor execution.

Guests were welcomed into a space that felt instantly electric. Exquisite Petals handled the florals, and every table was a home run. Nine tables featured custom hot pink baseball bats blooming with lush, vibrant arrangements. Others had playful popcorn box centerpieces layered with bold florals and textured pops, paired with rentals from Premiere Events adding color to every table and cocktail corner. But the real eye-catcher? The ceiling. A large square fringe chandelier floated above the space like a colorful halo—setting the tone for fun right from the start.

Stacy and the Eclipse team curated every inch of the setup, from Ella’s neon sign and themed table names to baseball ice cream cups and softballs tucked into the décor. Personal touches were everywhere. A custom seating chart, playful signage from The Inviting Pear, and even scrapbook materials for the photo booth —all styled and staged with intention. Ella’s slideshow played on a loop, celebrating her journey with a dose of nostalgia and love.

Bat City Beats kept the room moving from the very first beat. They didn’t just DJ—they ran the show with games, announcements, and music that hit every age group perfectly. They also brought in the photo booth setup, complete with digital sharing, fun props, and non-stop prints that guests couldn’t get enough of. The lounge outside and dance floor inside stayed full the entire party because the energy never let up.

One of the biggest hits? The airbrush graffiti station from JSV Entertainment. Guests lined up to design their own custom trucker hats and socks in bright colors—yellow, pink, blue—you name it. Kids rocked their new swag all over the venue, and it became part of the fashion of the day.

Food and drink were handled seamlessly by Hotel Ella, who not only hosted but catered the entire event. The buffet featured a build-your-own pasta station with all the toppings, veggies, and proteins, plus salmon piccata and an array of sides. There was something for everyone, and it was all served with style. Mocktails for the kids came garnished with gummy skewers, while the adults enjoyed signature cocktails like French 75s and mojitos. Both bars stayed busy all afternoon.

How could we forget the dessert station—donuts, ice cream, syrups, sprinkles, toppings galore. It wasn’t just a treat, it was a destination. Hotel Ella made sure it looked just as fun as it tasted. And yes—baseball-themed ice cream cups included.

Of course, no Jewish celebration is complete without the Hora, and this one did not disappoint. Chairs were lifted, napkins waved, and the dance floor came alive with tradition and laughter. Inbal Sivan Photography captured every second—the dancing, the joy, the details, the faces of Ella’s family and friends all lighting up as the day unfolded.

From start to finish, this party was a blast. But more than that, it was personal, playful, and executed with total intention. Stacy, with the Eclipse Event Co. team, worked closely with Ella and her family to make sure everything was perfectly “Ella”—a true celebration of her spirit, her style, and her big moment.
