Lunar Lake Estate: How We Brought Bridgerton to the Dell Campus

When Dell asked us to help celebrate the launch of their new Intel-powered operating system, they wanted something far beyond a standard corporate event — they wanted a full experience. Our lead planner Lauren Chumbley of Eclipse Event Co. answered with a Bridgerton-inspired activation brought to life across three cities simultaneously: Round Rock, Nashville, and Oklahoma City. This is the story of the Round Rock chapter, where Dell sales team members were transported straight into the world of Regency high society for an afternoon they won’t soon forget. Welcome to Lunar Lake Estate.

The transformation of Building 3 at the Dell Campus began with the breathtaking work of Jordan Flowers and Events, who filled the room with cascading wisteria, smilax greenery, lush boxwood hedge wall backdrops, and dramatic floral columns. Bee Lavish layered in old-world charm with a curated vintage lounge vignette and a stunning entry bar, while Premiere Events dressed every surface in rose party toile and blush velvet linens. Together, they created a space that felt like stepping onto a Regency estate set.

The room came alive with entertainment on every level. Sienna Strings performed a live quartet that set an elegant, sweeping tone throughout the afternoon, while the costumed performers from Artisan Oddities roamed the space in full Regency attire — mingling with guests, posing for photos, and making the entire experience feel genuinely immersive. Calligrapher Amanda Reid Designs added a personal touch at the front of house, crafting bespoke keepsakes and personalizing dance cards for guests as they arrived.

No Regency soirée would be complete without a proper spread, and Michelle’s Patisserie delivered beautifully—think vintage china, a powder-blue gilded teapot, scones with jam and clotted cream, macarons, mini chocolate caramel tarts, and three varieties of finger sandwiches. Every detail was captured by Lauren Maria Photo, whose eye for atmosphere and storytelling brought the full magic of the day to life in every frame.

Bringing this experience to life required thoughtful collaboration across every detail. From design to execution, it was rewarding to see the concept come together and to work alongside the vendors and partners who helped make the launch possible.
