Bring Your Child to Work Day at Visa was a whirlwind of joy, color, and creativity—exactly the kind of immersive experience we at Eclipse Event Co. love bringing to life. From the very start, Lauren took the reins and ran with a vision that was bold, thoughtful, and built entirely around delighting hundreds of kids and their grownups.

The atmosphere started taking shape the day before with Premiere Events setting up a sleek 40x100 tent in the Visa courtyard, complete with vinyl flooring and sidewalls. Groove Labs followed up with air conditioning that kept the space perfectly comfortable—no easy feat in Texas heat. Stage Directions installed directional signage across three buildings, ensuring that nobody missed a single bit of fun.

By the time guests arrived, the Visa campus had transformed into an interactive wonderland. Game Plan Entertainment brought the magic of the carnival with oversized games like Giant Battleship, Connect 4, and a full suite of classics like Flippin’ Chickens and Balloon Pop. These weren’t just distractions—they were magnets for laughter and competition.

Over in the tent, the senses were treated to music and motion. Bat City Beats set the vibe right with lively music for the kids and adults to dance to, while Staci Gray brought her signature kid-focused energy with live performances that had little feet dancing and parents smiling from ear to ear.

Characters roamed the grounds, creating moments straight out of fairy tales and superhero sagas. Lone Star Character Entertainment sent in an epic cast—from Elsa and Anna to Captain Marvel, Black Panther, and even Mirabel from Encanto. Every character looked and acted the part, engaging with kids in ways that felt truly magical.

We couldn’t have pulled off the interactivity without EPIC Entertainment. Face painters turned cheeks into canvases, balloon artists twisted up animal creations faster than you could blink, and a roaming magician had both kids and adults doing double takes. Of course no kid party is a party without the bubbles! Freedom Fun USA’s bubble party filled the courtyard with glistening orbs that floated through the air like confetti.

For those wanting something to take home, Darling Promo provided branded fans that were both cute and functional. It was a small touch, but one that added comfort and branded flair, which we always appreciate.

Of course, we had to keep everyone cool and fed. Cold Ones Pops rolled in with their dreamy paleta cart, serving flavors like mango, watermelon mint, and strawberries and crème. Casey’s New Orleans SnoBalls brought that signature sweet chill, and watching kids chase melting sno like it was treasure was pure summer joy. For something refreshing and a little more grown-up, Root Cellar Catering ran an agua fresca bar that was as delicious as it was beautiful.

And capturing all these moments—big, small, and hilarious—was the brilliant Jessica Frey Photography. She floated effortlessly through the chaos, snapping details, expressions, and memories that’ll live well beyond the day.

The Oh Happy Day Photo Booth also kept energy high on the second floor with silly props and easy access for families to create keepsakes on the spot.

Through every moving part, our team stayed in motion, anticipating needs, smoothing edges, and keeping the whole production running seamlessly. That’s what we do. We plan, we execute, and we celebrate right alongside our clients. And when we have vendors like these by our side, it’s not just an event—it’s an experience.
